NoobClaw Desktop Client: We collect your blockchain wallet address for authentication and payment processing. AI conversation data is processed through third-party AI providers (e.g., DeepSeek) and is not stored on our servers beyond the active session.

NoobClaw Browser Assistant Extension: The extension does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. All communication occurs locally between the Chrome extension and the NoobClaw desktop client via localhost WebSocket connection. No browsing data, page content, or user activity is sent to any external server.

3. How We Use Information

• Wallet address: Authentication, payment processing, and reward distribution
• Order data: Processing BNB payments and credit allocation
• Referral data: Managing the invitation reward system

4. Data Storage & Security

User data is stored in encrypted databases. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. Blockchain transactions are publicly visible on the BNB Chain by nature of the technology.

5. Browser Extension Privacy

The NoobClaw Browser Assistant Chrome extension:

• Communicates only with the local NoobClaw desktop client (localhost)
• Does not collect browsing history, cookies, or personal data
• Does not transmit any data to external servers
• Only interacts with web pages when explicitly requested by the user
• Does not access or store passwords or financial information

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party AI providers to process conversation requests. These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal identity information with these providers — only conversation content necessary to generate AI responses.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us. Blockchain transaction records cannot be deleted due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology.
