Dolphin Anty vs AdsPower (2026): Steps You Cannot Buy Past vs a Speed Limit You Cannot See

2026-09-17 · 6 min read · By Marcus Lin · NoobClaw official blog
TL;DR
  • Dolphin Anty (read 2026-09-17): Free 5 profiles with no API, Starter $10 for 20 profiles rising to $50 for 60, Base $89/100, Team $159/300, Enterprise $299/1,000 plus $209 per additional 1,000.
  • Dolphin's per-profile cost rises inside Starter ($0.50 to $0.83) and peaks at Base ($0.89) before falling again — and Base and Team state that additional profiles cannot be purchased.
  • Every paid Dolphin plan gets the same 1,500 RPM. AdsPower rations request rate by tier instead: none on Free, then 120 / 300 / 600 per minute.
  • AdsPower prices did not render on its page today, so this comparison uses structure, not invented figures.

Most people compare these two on profile count and stop. Do that and you will miss the two limits that actually change your month: Dolphin Anty will not sell you extra profiles on its two middle plans, and AdsPower will not sell you extra speed without a tier upgrade. One rations quantity in steps. The other rations throughput in tiers.

Both pages were read on 2026-09-17: dolphin-anty.com/tarifs (the /pricing/ URL 301-redirects there) and adspower.com/pricing.

Dolphin Anty's ladder, and the bump in the middle of it

PlanProfilesMonthly$/profileUsers
Freeup to 5$01, cannot be purchased additionally
Starter20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60$10 / $20 / $30 / $40 / $50$0.50 rising to $0.831, cannot be purchased additionally
Base100$89$0.891, +$10 per extra user
Team300$159$0.531, +$20 per extra user
Enterprise1,000 (up to 50,000)$299 (+$209 per extra 1,000)$0.30 falling to about $0.211, +$25 per extra user

Look at the $/profile column again. It goes up from $0.50 to $0.89 before it comes down. Inside Starter, every extra block of ten profiles costs a flat $10 — so profile number 21 costs five times what profile number 20 cost you on average. Then Base, the plan you are pushed to when 60 is not enough, is the most expensive per profile in the entire line-up.

And the step is not optional: Base and Team both carry the line "Additional profiles cannot be purchased". At 61 profiles you do not buy one more; you buy the next plan and a 40-profile cushion you did not ask for. At 301, you jump to a plan that starts at 1,000.

Volume discounts are advertised on the tiers you are shown. The price that decides your year is the price of profile number sixty-one.

Billing period is the other lever: the page discounts 20% for 6 to 11 months and 40% for 12 months, with no discount on 1 to 5 months. Currency selectors offer USD, RUB, EUR and BRL; figures above are the USD, one-month column.

The step between 60 and 100 profiles is the most expensive metre in Dolphin's ladder.

AdsPower rations the other axis: requests per minute

AdsPower's page did not render any dollar amounts today — plan names, profile counts (Free 2, Professional 10 / 20 / 50 / 100, Enterprise 5,000+), a quarterly -15% badge and an annual up-to-50% badge all appeared, but the price fields were blank. Following our own rule, no AdsPower price goes in a table here; confirm yours in the app's cost centre.

What it does publish is the Local API ceiling, and this is the comparison worth having:

Dolphin AntyAdsPower
Free tier5 profiles, no API access at all, local sync only2 profiles, 0 members, no Local API
Request rate, paid tiers1,500 RPM on every paid plan, Starter included120 / 300 / 600 per minute on Professional / Business / Enterprise
Extra profiles mid-planStarter yes (+$10 per 10); Base and Team: not purchasableProfile packs chosen per plan
Extra seats+$10 / +$20 / +$25 by tier1 super-administrator; members by tier
Automation supportSelenium, Puppeteer, Playwright, local and remote API, scenario builderSelenium, Puppeteer, Playwright, RPA robot, synchronizer

There is a second structural difference hiding in that table. Dolphin's free plan has local sync but no cloud sync, and no API at all — it is a place to test fingerprints on one machine, not a place to run anything. AdsPower's free tier is smaller still at two profiles, but every paid AdsPower plan ships with one super-administrator and two free profiles on top of the pack you buy, which quietly softens its steps. Seats are priced in opposite directions as well: Dolphin charges more per extra user as you climb ($10, then $20, then $25), which is unusual — most vendors discount seats at scale, and Dolphin makes the expensive tiers pay more for each additional human.

So: a $10 Dolphin Starter account and a $299 Dolphin Enterprise account get the same request rate, while on AdsPower the rate is one of the things you upgrade for. If your scripts are bursty, Dolphin's flat 1,500 RPM is the more generous structure at the bottom of the market. If your constraint is profile count rather than speed, AdsPower's per-plan profile packs avoid Dolphin's forced jump — assuming the price you are quoted after signing in is competitive.

Which gate hits you first, and when the other one wins

Choose Dolphin Anty if you sit under 60 profiles, you drive everything by script, and you are willing to pay in twelve-month blocks for the 40% discount. Starter at $10 for 20 profiles with full 1,500 RPM API access is the cheapest serious automation entry point in this comparison, and the free tier's five profiles are genuinely usable for testing (just not via API).

Choose AdsPower if you need team collaboration features early, if you want RPA workflows built into the product rather than written in Python, or if your profile count lands awkwardly between Dolphin's steps — 80 profiles, say, where Dolphin charges you for 100 and AdsPower sells a 100 pack with two free profiles on top. Just get the number in writing first.

Choose neither if your accounts are dying despite clean isolation. That is the uncomfortable part of this category: both products do the environment layer properly, and the environment layer is only one of three. Behaviour (identical cadence across accounts) and content (one template wearing fifty faces) are the layers platforms read most easily, and no fingerprint setting addresses either. Tools that sit above the browser handle those — NoobClaw pairs its own fingerprint kernel with randomised human-paced intervals and content written per account from its own niche and persona — but whatever you pick, budget for the two layers your browser does not cover.

FAQ

Is Dolphin Anty cheaper than AdsPower?

We cannot answer that honestly today, because AdsPower's pricing page rendered no amounts on 2026-09-17. What is verifiable: Dolphin Anty publishes $10 for 20 profiles, $89 for 100, $159 for 300 and $299 for 1,000 on monthly billing, with 20% off for 6-11 months and 40% off for 12. Compare those against whatever AdsPower quotes you in the cost centre.

Can I add a few extra profiles to a Dolphin Anty plan?

Only on Starter, where each additional block of ten costs $10 up to 60 profiles. Base (100) and Team (300) both state that additional profiles cannot be purchased, so exceeding the count means moving to the next plan. That step is the single most expensive moment in the ladder: per-profile cost peaks at $0.89 on Base.

Do both tools give API access on the free plan?

No. Dolphin Anty's free plan shows "No access" for the request limit, and AdsPower's free column marks the Local API as not included. Paid Dolphin plans all show 1,500 RPM; AdsPower publishes 120, 300 and 600 requests per minute for Professional, Business and Enterprise.
