Publer Pricing (2026): $4 an Account Only From the Third Account Up, and 16 Daily Caps Sit Under the Price
- Publer has no plan price. You pay per social account: on Professional the first account is $5 a month, two cost $4.50 each, and from three up it is $4 each; on Business it is $10, $8.50 and $7. Every
- Ten accounts cost $36 or $63 a month; thirty cost $108 or $189; fifty cost $180 or $315. Yearly billing takes 20% off. Business does not buy more accounts, it buys analytics, AI prompts and the API.
- The same page carries a per-profile daily posting cap in 16 rows across 13 networks, for example 20 TikTok videos and 50 X posts a day on Professional. X cannot be connected on the free plan at all.
- Refunds: full within 14 days, pro-rated after that with the yearly discount cancelled. Paid plans can be paused for one to three months at no charge. The three free accounts disappear the moment you u
If you searched "publer pricing" and opened three pages, you probably saw three different per-account prices: $7.20, $7 and $4. None is invented; they read Publer's price widget at different account counts. So here is the one thing to know first: on Publer the price per account depends on how many you buy, and it only settles at $4 (Professional) or $7 (Business) from the third account onward. Below that you pay a premium. Above nine, every tenth account is free.
Everything below was read on September 28, 2026 from publer.com/plans, the pricing script that page loads, and the public billing endpoint the widget calls. Where the help centre or the terms differ, both are quoted. Prices are USD; the page says "VAT not included".
How much does Publer cost in 2026?
Professional and Business start "at $5/month with 1 social account, 1 user, 0 additional members" and "$10/month" respectively, per Publer's plans and pricing article (updated September 15, 2026). The card has two counters, Social Accounts and Additional Members, with the rules beside them: "Example: 2 Facebook pages and 2 Instagram accounts count as 4 social accounts", "For every 9 social accounts, the 10th one is free", and "As the plan owner, you are already included in the price and don't count toward this limit."
The unit rates are not printed on the card. They come from a billing endpoint the page fetches (app.publer.com/api/v1/billing/subscription, readable without logging in), which on September 28 returned Professional at 4 per account and 2 per member, Business at 7 and 3, base price 0. The page script overrides the account rate at low counts: one account is billed at 5 or 10, two at 4.50 or 8.50 each, three or more at the endpoint rate. It subtracts one free account per full ten and takes 20% off for yearly billing (15% for three months, 17% for six). The yearly toggle says two months free, which would be 16.7%; the code and the help article both say 20%.

Run that formula and the ladder looks like this (monthly billing, owner seat only; yearly billing is each figure times 0.8):
| Social accounts | Professional per month | Business per month |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $5 | $10 |
| 2 | $9 | $17 |
| 3 | $12 | $21 |
| 10 | $36 | $63 |
| 20 | $72 | $126 |
| 30 | $108 | $189 |
| 50 | $180 | $315 |
| 100 | $360 | $630 |
Members are flat: $2 or $3 each with no first-seat premium, tenth free, so five collaborators on Professional add $10 a month: the seat count almost never decides the plan, the opposite of per-seat tools. The free plan allows three accounts, "except X", with ten scheduled posts queued per account; what else it removes is in Publer free alternatives.
Why do the Publer prices you see elsewhere disagree?
Because the widget's first two steps are a premium, not the rate, and most pages read the widget once. Social Champ's Publer pricing page (updated February 12, 2026) lists an extra Professional account at "$7.20/month" and an extra Business account at "$13.60/month". Those are exactly the two-account totals billed yearly ($9 and $17 times 0.8), reported as per-account prices. Only the endpoint's 4 and 7 are stable, and only from the third account.
Currency adds a layer: the endpoint returned currency JPY at 157.49 for our request, because the widget displays in the visitor's local currency. Yen or euro screenshots are the same dollar list converted.
Publer's per-account price is a curve with a bump at the start: $5, then $4.50 each, then $4. Quote it at the count you actually run, not at "starting from".
So compare at a count. Twenty accounts on Professional is $72 a month; set that beside a competitor's 20-account tier. Against a per-channel tool the result is in Publer vs Buffer.
What the price card does not show: 16 daily caps per profile
Below the cards sits a table by post type: how many posts Publer will publish per day, per connected profile. Professional: 24 Facebook posts and Reels, 20 Instagram posts and Reels, 20 TikTok videos, 50 X posts, 12 LinkedIn profile posts, 10 YouTube videos and Shorts, 200 Threads posts. Business: 36, 25, 25, 100, 14, 15 and 250. Enterprise: "Unlimited *".

- The caps are Publer's, not the networks'. LinkedIn profile posts go from 10 on Free to 12 on Professional to 14 on Business. LinkedIn does not allow more because you paid Publer more, so the ceiling is Publer's. Its help centre says why: the limits "prevent abuse and help us allocate resources properly. We're trying to build great relationships with the social networks and we can't do so if we spam them" (Why the daily post limits?, updated July 30, 2026).
- They scale with accounts, not with plan. Ten TikTok accounts on Professional can publish up to 200 videos a day in total; Business adds 50 more. The account count is the throughput dial; the upgrade is a small one.
- The asterisk cuts both ways. "While we can waive the daily posting limits on our end, you may still be limited by the social networks themselves." The waiver is for paid plans "for specific scenarios", and the page names who it means: "an established news media company, verified government agency, or publicly owned service." An agency with 40 client pages is not on that list.
One row cannot be used. The Free column lists 25 X posts a day, while the same page says "You cannot connect Twitter / X accounts in the free version" and explains beside the X logo: "Due to the Twitter / X Enterprise API cost, we can only support Twitter / X accounts on a paid subscription basis." How other schedulers handle that bill is in who is paying for the X API now. Pinterest has a free-plan gate too: "at least 100 followers or a claimed website", lifted on paid plans.
Refunds, pausing, and the three accounts that vanish when you upgrade
The plans page prints "14 days money back guarantee!" under the payment logos. The refund article is more specific: "For each payment that you make on the web, you have 14 days to request a full refund." After that you can still get money back, but "pro-rated" and with "the discount for paying yearly (where applicable)" waived, and every refund is issued manually through support (What is the refund policy?, updated July 29, 2026).
The terms of service (revised February 13, 2026) are looser in Publer's favour: "Paid service fees may be fully or partially refundable in specific scenarios and it is we who determine which Customer is eligible." The same section says prices for new customers "may change at any time without prior notice" while "For existing customers, prices will not change for the duration of the subscription." Read the help article as current practice and the terms as the floor.
- Pausing is free. A paid subscription can be paused for one, two or three months, "No charges will apply during the duration of the Paused subscription", posts and data are kept, and it restarts by itself with a reminder seven days before (How to pause my Publer subscription, updated July 30, 2026). For seasonal client work that beats a refund window.
- The free accounts do not carry over. "The 3 free social accounts are only available on the Free plan. Once you upgrade to a paid plan, the Free plan allowance no longer applies, and all connected social accounts must be covered by the social account slots included in your paid subscription." Accounts beyond your paid slots are locked, and removing one "permanently deletes" its posts, drafts and analytics (Why are my social accounts locked after upgrading, updated September 10, 2026). A free user with three accounts who buys one slot gets two locked; the cheapest working upgrade is three slots, $12 a month.
Who Publer's pricing is built for, priced on a real 30-account setup
A Trustpilot reviewer posting as Slag Tag Media wrote on July 25, 2026 that they "manage 4 businesses social media with over 30+ different social media accounts" and that "the price for Publer is right on point, it is adjustable and as you grow your social media it grows with you." On today's rates 30 accounts is $108 a month on Professional or $189 on Business ($86.40 and $151.20 billed yearly). That is the shape per-account pricing rewards: the bill tracks profiles, not people.
The shape it punishes is the small one. Ian Page gave three stars on June 28, 2026: "RSS Feed automation for 3 channels it seem expensive for this only". TRI wrote on August 1, 2026: "A more affordable plan for small creators with only three social media accounts would make it even better. I would be willing to pay around €5 per month." Three accounts on Professional cost $12 a month, $9.60 yearly, roughly double that.
What the per-account bill never covers is the content. Publer's caps let ten accounts push 200 TikTok videos a day; nothing on the price page writes them. That is where a tool like NoobClaw sits differently: it generates a separate post for each account from the niche and persona you set and publishes from browser profiles you log into on your own desktop, billed per action or per piece of content, with a per-platform account limit on each plan. It runs only while your computer is on and is not an official API integration; it suits people whose bottleneck is writing thirty different things, not scheduling one thing thirty times. If your list is nearer 20 accounts than 3, how each vendor gates that count is in the best tool for managing 20 social accounts.
FAQ
Does Publer charge per social account or per plan?
Per social account. Both paid plans have a base price of zero; the bill is the account count times the rate ($4 or $7 from the third account, $5 or $10 for one, $4.50 or $8.50 each for two), minus one free account per ten, plus $2 or $3 per additional member, times 0.8 if billed yearly (September 28, 2026).
How much is Publer for 10 accounts?
$36 a month on Professional or $63 on Business, because the tenth account is free. Billed yearly that is $28.80 or $50.40 a month. Twenty accounts double it: $72 or $126.
Does Publer give refunds?
A full refund within 14 days of any web payment, per the help centre; after that a pro-rated refund with the yearly discount waived, processed manually through support. The terms reserve the decision to Publer. Pausing, free for one to three months on paid plans, is often the cheaper move.
