Rella Alternatives: Almost Nothing Else Prices the Way Rella Does

2026-09-15 · 5 min read · By Marcus Lin · NoobClaw Blog
TL;DR
  • Rella (2026-09-15): $24 / $48 / $64 per month per member, annual only on the page, and "Unlimited Social Profiles" on the cheapest tier.
  • That shape is rare. Most alternatives meter brands, channels or accounts — so switching usually means acquiring an account ceiling you did not previously have.
  • Same-day alternatives priced here: Metricool (per brand, with a hidden sub-ladder), Buffer (per channel, discount above 10), Postiz (per channel), Zernio (per account, graduated).
  • Before switching, work out which resource you are actually short of. Leaving a per-seat tool for a per-account tool is an upgrade only if people are not your constraint.

Most "alternatives" articles list seven tools and rank them. That is useless here, because Rella's pricing shape is unusual enough that switching can quietly hand you a limit you did not have before.

So this sorts by meter, not by rank. All prices pulled 2026-09-15.

What you are leaving

PlanPriceAnnualKey line
Rella Pro"$24/mo USD""$288 billed annually""Unlimited Social Profiles"
Rella Premium"$48/mo USD""$576 billed annually"+ Workflows, IG Inbox, Claude Integration
Rella Premium Plus"$64/mo USD""$768 billed annually"+ White Labeling, "Unlimited AI Usage"

$288 is exactly $24 × 12, so the headline rate is the annual one and a separate month-to-month price is not published.

The line that matters: unlimited social profiles on the entry tier. Whatever your reason for leaving, check that the destination does not reintroduce an account cap — because most of them will.

Rella meters people. Almost everything else meters accounts, brands or channels. Those are opposite constraints, and only one of them is yours.

(Practical note for anyone researching: rella.co is a parked for-sale domain; the product is at getrella.com. Hitting the parked page does not mean the company is gone.)

Rella alternatives · sorted by which resource each tool meters

The alternatives, sorted by meter

If your constraint is people (same meter, different product)

Per-seat collaboration tools are the like-for-like swap. The trade you are looking for is usually approvals depth, client-facing sharing, or white labelling. ⚠️ We did not re-scrape the per-seat competitors on the day this was written, so no prices for them appear here — the discipline is that a number goes in the table only if it was checked today.

If your constraint is brands or clients

ToolMeterPrice (2026-09-15)
MetricoolBrandsStarter €16 (≤5) / €29 (≤10); Advanced €43 (≤15) / €69 (≤25) / €130 (≤50)

Two warnings on that row. First, the sub-ladder inside each named plan — quoting "Starter €16" when you have 25 brands understates it badly. Second, the euro and dollar columns are not a conversion: €16 is $20 (1.25×) but €69 is $107 (1.55×). You cannot derive one from the other.

If your constraint is channels or accounts

ToolMeterPrice (2026-09-15)Volume behaviour
BufferChannelFree 3 channels; Essentials "$5 /month"; Team "$10""any channels above 10 cost less per channel"
PostizChannel$29/5 · $39/10 · $49/30 · $99/100$5.80 → $0.99 per channel
ZernioAccount2 free · $6 (3–10) · $3 (11–100) · $1 (101+)Graduated within each band

All three are cheaper than Rella for one person with many accounts. All three are more expensive than Rella for five people with few accounts, because every extra human is free on Rella's side of the ledger and every extra account is free on nobody else's.

Rella alternatives · per-seat and per-account pricing invert depending on team size

The switch test, before you move anything

  1. Count your people. How many humans need to log in and do work?
  2. Count your accounts. How many social profiles do you publish to?
  3. Divide. Many accounts per person → move to a per-account tool. Many people per account → stay on a per-seat tool.
  4. Then check what you lose. Approvals, white labelling and client-facing sharing are Rella's strengths; the per-account tools generally have thinner versions of all three.

Buffer's fair-use ceiling ("caps usage to 5000 posts per channel") and Metricool's free-tier limit (1 brand, 20 posts/month) are the kind of second numbers to locate before committing, not after.

The alternative that is not on this shelf

Every tool above assumes the same thing Rella assumes: the accounts are openly yours, a human writes the content, and the tool's job is to route and approve it.

If your real problem is that ten accounts in one niche each need something different every day, none of these solve it — approvals do not create content and neither do dashboards. That is the job NoobClaw does: per-account niche, persona and keywords generating genuinely distinct content, published through your own logged-in sessions in locally isolated browser profiles. If you are leaving Rella over price rather than over capability, one of the per-account schedulers above is the simpler move.

Three reasons people leave, and the right destination for each

"It got too expensive as the team grew"

This is per-seat pricing doing exactly what per-seat pricing does. The destination is a tool that meters something other than people — brands, channels or accounts. But check first whether all those seats need full access; some tools distinguish between people who create and people who only review, and moving the reviewers to a lighter permission can cost less than migrating.

"We do not use the collaboration features"

Then you are paying for the expensive half and using the cheap half. The destination is any per-account scheduler, and the saving is immediate. The thing to verify before moving is the account count — you are leaving a product with no account cap for products that all have one.

"We need analytics it does not have"

The destination is a reporting-first product rather than a scheduling-first one, and the trade is usually the reverse of what you had: better dashboards, weaker approvals. Worth knowing that native platform analytics frequently expose signals that no third-party dashboard can reach, because they are not in the public API — so "the dashboard shows less than the app" is often nobody's bug.

Before migrating, write down the one sentence that describes why. If you cannot, you are shopping rather than solving, and shopping in this category always ends with a re-authorisation afternoon.

Whichever way you go, run both tools in parallel until the current term ends, and budget roughly an hour per ten accounts for reconnecting. Those two habits remove most of the pain from a category where the subscription is never the real switching cost.

FAQ

Is there a free Rella alternative?

For the collaboration half, not really. For the publishing half, yes — Zernio is free for two accounts and Buffer's free tier covers three channels. You would be replacing the publishing and losing the approvals.

Does anything else offer unlimited social profiles?

A few vendors use that phrase, and it means different things in each case. The word to check is always what else is capped — seats, posts, or features. We took apart three of those claims in Unlimited Social Accounts: Three Tools Say It.

Why is per-seat pricing sometimes cheaper for a big operator?

Because the thing being counted is not the thing you have a lot of. One person with 60 accounts pays once on a per-seat tool and sixty times on a per-account tool. Ranking this category by monthly fee inverts that every time, which is why most listicles get it wrong. The clearest worked example is Hootsuite's per-seat maths at 60 accounts, and the at-scale comparison across the category is in what it costs to post to 100 accounts.
