SocialPilot Pricing (2026): After 12 Accounts, the $50 Plan Is the Cheapest Way to Buy Every Extra Account

SocialPilot's price list has four numbers on it, $30, $50, $100 and $200, and a $4 add-on that quietly makes most of them irrelevant if all you need is more accounts. For one user, past 12 accounts, the $50 Standard plan plus $4 per extra account is the cheapest way to buy any number of accounts. The higher plans are priced for features and seats, not for accounts. Here is the full price list as of September 27, 2026, the math behind that claim, and the two things on the pricing pages that can make you budget wrong.

We read SocialPilot's pricing page, its pricing file written for AI assistants (dated "Last updated: July 2026") and its terms of service on September 27, 2026. Prices are USD before tax; the page says "all prices listed are before taxes".

How much does SocialPilot cost in 2026?

Add-ons: "Extra Accounts – $4" a month on every plan (€4, £3 or A$8 in the other listed currencies), and "Additional User – $5" a month on Standard and Premium only. Essentials has no seat add-on, so a second person means Standard. Ultimate does not need one. The card shows the same $4 on the monthly and yearly toggle; we found no separate yearly rate for add-ons.

The features that decide your plan are not spread evenly. The pricing file lists Essentials as not including analytics, the social inbox, approval workflows, bulk scheduling or CSV upload. Standard adds analytics, the inbox and manager approval. Premium adds bulk scheduling, CSV upload, client management, client approval, white-label and competitor reports. Ultimate adds unlimited users and AI credits, "Advanced White Label", enforced two-factor authentication, migration help and a dedicated account manager. API access and single sign-on are Enterprise-only.

India has its own list, not a currency conversion: Standard ₹2,000 a month for 10 accounts and Premium ₹6,000 for 30, with extra accounts at ₹200. The euro, pound and Australian-dollar prices track the dollar list closely (€29 for $30, €95 for $100), so they are essentially the same list in other currencies.

Why do you see two different SocialPilot price lists?

Because two pricing pages load. socialpilot.co/plans is marked "index, follow", is its own canonical URL, and is the page all five pricing links on the homepage point to; its structured data says it was last modified on July 6, 2026. socialpilot.co/pricing still returns a full price list, but it carries a "noindex, nofollow" tag and its social-sharing URL points back to /plans. The /pricing page shows:

• $20 for 5 accounts, $40 for 10, $100 for 20 and $200 for 40, with the same $4 and $5 add-ons;
• analytics listed on the Essentials card, and bulk scheduling listed on the Standard card.

We treat /plans as the current price list, because it is the page SocialPilot indexes, links from its navigation and repeats in its AI pricing file. The difference is not cosmetic. On /plans every tier includes more accounts, but the feature line moved up: a team with 10 accounts that needs bulk scheduling would budget $40 from the old page and $100 from the current one. If you found a SocialPilot price in a review or an older quote, check which list it came from. Even /plans is not fully consistent: its FAQ still says "you'll be required to pay in US dollars" directly under prices shown in four currencies. Should you add accounts or upgrade your SocialPilot plan?

Because the add-on is $4 on every plan, the arithmetic is simple, and it runs against intuition.

• Up to 12 accounts: Essentials plus add-ons. At 12 accounts, $30 + 5 × $4 = $50, the same as Standard.
• From 13 accounts: Standard plus add-ons is the cheapest route at every account count we checked. At 25 accounts it is $90 against Premium's $100; at 50 accounts $190 against Ultimate's $200. For one user, once you are past Premium's 25 included accounts (or Ultimate's 50), each costs exactly $10 a month more than Standard for the same number of accounts.

On SocialPilot you never upgrade to buy accounts. The $10 gap between Standard and the next plan at the same account count is the price of Premium's features.

What that extra money buys is the reason to upgrade. Bulk scheduling and CSV upload start at Premium, and so do client management, client approval and white-label reports. Seats change the math too. Standard with six users costs $50 + 3 × $5 = $65 before extra accounts, so from 24 accounts upward Premium, which includes six users, is cheaper. At 50 accounts and above, Premium and Ultimate cost the same for six users, and every user beyond six makes Ultimate $5 cheaper.

One caution: SocialPilot's pages give no maximum for stacking $4 accounts. Before you plan 40 add-ons on a $50 plan, ask sales whether that is allowed on your account.

For a one-person operation running many accounts on one network, say 50 TikTok or X accounts, the cheapest SocialPilot bill is $190 a month on Standard. That setup has no bulk scheduling or CSV upload, so every post is scheduled from the composer; with bulk tools the bill is $200 on Premium. Per-account pricing is kinder to that shape than per-seat pricing like Hootsuite's, where cost follows people, or per-workspace pricing like Sendible's, where six profiles come bundled with each workspace.

What does SocialPilot's annual billing really cost you?

Yearly billing saves 15% on every plan, and in return you give up the ability to leave. SocialPilot's terms state: "If you have an annual subscription, we are not able to process any refunds." Outside annual plans the terms are only a little more flexible: "If you forgot to cancel your account, or if you haven't used your account for more than a day after the last charge, SocialPilot will be happy to refund your latest charge in full," but "we cannot grant prorated refunds if you've cancelled after using your account for more than a day." Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.

That rule has a real cost. A customer who had "used social pilot for almost 5 years" wrote on Trustpilot on August 6, 2026 that they paid for a year in May, switched vendors, stopped using SocialPilot on July 30, 2026 and cancelled in the first week of August, and were told there would be no refund for the unused time: "I'm still paying for the next 10 months for a service I'm not using." SocialPilot replied publicly a month later asking them to email support; the reviewer had already added that they "traded half a dozen emails" with support before posting and "was still given the same answer." That is one customer's account, but it matches the written terms exactly.

The practical rule: pay monthly until you have run the tool at your real account count for a full cycle, then switch to yearly. On the 50-account Standard setup above, yearly billing saves $7.50 a month on the $50 base plan (more only if the add-ons are discounted too, which the page does not show), so there is no hurry. SocialPilot offers a 14-day trial with "No credit card required".

Who is SocialPilot's pricing built for?

Teams with many accounts and few people. A Trustpilot reviewer who uses SocialPilot to manage "my 50+ social media accounts" wrote on September 1, 2026 that simplicity was the part they would keep, and that they had asked for changes to make that many accounts less of "a haunting experience". On today's list their account count alone costs $190 to $200 a month, depending on whether they need bulk scheduling. They also thank their account manager by name, and /plans lists a dedicated account manager only from Ultimate up, so they may well be paying $200 or more. That is the pattern this page keeps finding: past the Standard plan, the extra money buys service and features, not accounts.

The AI credits (500, 1,000, 5,000 or unlimited) are for writing and improving captions. The pricing file also lists an official MCP server "available on all paid plans", which lets an AI assistant create, schedule and read posts in your workspace. Neither makes SocialPilot a content engine: you still bring each post.

So the $4 account is cheap, but the post that goes into it is still your job. If you run 50 accounts that should not all say the same thing, writing is the cost that grows, not the scheduler bill. NoobClaw approaches that from the other end: it generates a different post for each account based on the niche and persona you set for it, and publishes from browser profiles you log into yourself on your own desktop. Billing is per action or per piece of content, with per-platform account limits on each plan. It is not an official API integration, and it only runs while your computer is on.

FAQ

Does SocialPilot have a free plan?

No. There is a 14-day free trial that the pricing page says needs no credit card. The cheapest paid plan is Essentials at $30 a month, or $25.50 a month billed yearly (September 27, 2026).

How much does an extra account cost on SocialPilot?

$4 a month on every plan (€4, £3 or A$8), or ₹200 on the India price list. Extra users cost $5 a month and are only offered on Standard and Premium.

Does SocialPilot give refunds?
